Help me! Technical Support Requests for Microsoft CRM Online

Microsoft provides unlimited, break-fix technical support (error message, system doesn’t perform as it should) as a part of your subscription. To engage with Microsoft directly for Technical Support:

  1. Login to your CRM system, go to the Resource Center.
  2. Navigate to Highlights.
  3. Under Support, click Technical Support Request.  
  4. Answer all prompts about the type of issue you are having.
  5. A Microsoft Support Engineer will be assigned to your case and help you through resolution.
  6. If appropriate, Zero2Ten can escalate your ticket for resolution. We will be kept in the loop on your email correspondence and ticket status if you have made Zero2Ten your Partner of Record.
