A game changing new integration announced by Microsoft and LinkedIn yesterday brings Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator closer and makes these products incredibly affordable together. The news comes the same day that LinkedIn announced it has 500 million members with profiles on its service.

Is this the most compelling offer in the CRM market?

Yes, and here’s some of the reasons why….

Dynamics 365 Sales with Sales Navigator will dramatically increase the effectiveness of salespeople by tapping into their professional networks and relationships, giving them the ability to improve their pipeline by:

  • Displaying Sales Navigator person and company information on every Dynamics lead, contact, account and opportunity page.
  • Daily updates between systems so the accounts and contacts sales reps are actively working on in Dynamics 365 are automatically saved to Sales Navigator. In addition, sales reps can see in Sales Navigator what people and companies are already saved in Dynamics, and vice-versa.
  • Engaging buyers with tailored content throughout the account life-cycle, and getting account and lead updates including news mentions and job changes. With a single click, the ability to write select Sales Navigator activities (InMails, messages, notes and call logs) to Dynamics 365.

Dynamics 365 for Sales is already helping salespeople with improved experiences. For instance, they can already work on sales data and surface actions directly within Office 365 to more quickly close a deal. Quotes can be created using customer insights, accurate pricing and inventory data, and then recorded in the appropriate system, including any custom discounts offered, and sent to the customer – without ever having to leave Outlook.

Fullscope has also developed add-on solutions for Sales Teams, designed with direct input from our Sales Leaders to give you additional sales intelligence, that is not available in the ‘out of the box’ functionality. Available to buy July 1st, the Microsoft Relationship Sales Solution, combines Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 for Sales and LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator Enterprise Edition, starting at $135 per seat per month before volume discounts.

Why Dynamics 365 is the connection you’ve been looking for

Powered by Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 connects what was rigid and disconnected business applications into a set of intelligent cloud services that allow any business to start small with just what it needs, scale on demand as its needs grow and add additional solutions as its needs change. Companies quickest to gain are where they are using old CRM and ERP systems which are complicated, siloed and outdated resulting in fragmented, disconnected and unintelligent business applications that cannot provide a company with a complete view of their business.

Dynamics 365 delivers modern, intelligent experiences and services that connect all the data across your enterprise to help you make better, faster decisions and achieve optimal business outcomes.
