Rapid Customer Adoption Program
Zero2Ten set up its business model from the beginning around supporting customers that wanted to take advantage of CRM in the Cloud. CEO and co-founder of Zero2Ten, Paul Colella says: “Our focus is to help organizations that desire both fast and measurable results from their CRM Cloud investment.”
Leen Zevenbergen, CEO of Qurius says that the partnership with Zero2Ten is a perfect fit with the Qurius strategy. “We are innovative and create sustainable value for our customers. So, whether you are an enterprise looking to rapidly empower thousands of users or a small company looking to get CRM up and running on your own, we now have the tailored programmes of Zero2Ten to successfully support you. More importantly, the programmes we have now do not stop at “Go Live” as Qurius bundles User Adoption Assurance in with every engagement with our customers to ensure they get results.”
“We are pleased to have established this relationship with Qurius to transfer our successful approach to the international market place. This partnership is an ideal way for us to scale our programme outside of North America” said Colella. “Finally, this is a three way partnership and would not have been possible without the support of the CRM leadership for EMEA at Microsoft.”
“We have had tremendous momentum for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online worldwide and it is creating a whole new marketplace” said Benoit de la Tour, Vice President, Dynamics, EMEA. “This relationship between Qurius and Zero2Ten exemplifies the kind of co-operation and innovation that partners can create in this market to the benefit of our CRM customers”.
